A2Voice.ai

Paused November 2025.

A2Voice was built for dental and medical offices that couldn't afford to send patient calls to voicemail after hours. AI voice agents, 24/7, trained to answer calls, qualify urgency, and route emergencies.

We had live clients. We were in it daily. Every call, every transcript, constant prompt work alongside the build team.

The product worked. Not well enough.

Voice quality had circular problems: fix one thing, break another. The cost of a capable AI voice agent exceeded a human agent's cost when we launched. The bet was that cost would drop. It didn't drop fast enough. 80-90% accuracy is fine in most contexts. It is not fine when someone calls about a dental emergency at 2am.

We reached out to our clients directly and told them. We paused in November 2025.

We weren't wrong, just early. We're watching the space. When the economics make sense, and they will, A2Voice comes back.
